Professor Sutton is first and foremost an Ophthalmic Surgeon.
Professor Sutton is Professor of Corneal and Refractive Surgery at Sydney University. He completed his ophthalmic training in 1993 at the Sydney Eye Hospital. In 1996, Professor Sutton completed advanced surgical training at St Thomas’ and Moorfields Eye Hospital in London and the Friedrich Alexander University in Erlangen, Germany. He was the Chief Ophthalmologist for the Sydney 2000 Olympics.
Professor Sutton has had LASIK himself. He concentrates his time and energy on laser vision correction, as well as intraocular lens & corneal surgery, practicing out of Laser Eye Surgery Chatswood, Vision Laser.
